Qigong classes are starting at Dekum Family Health, which is located on the 2nd floor of the historic Dekum Firehouse.  The classes take place on Tuesdays 12-1 pm.

Qigong is an ancient practice, similar to Tai Ji, for cultivating inner balance and a method for moving into physical, mental, and emotional well being. Classes combine breath work, sound, and focused intention with simple movements that people of all physical levels can do.

About the instructor: Felicia Ferruzza, LAc, local Woodlawn resident for 4 years, has been practicing Qigong and martial arts for 10 years. Her main Qigong teacher, Master Zhongxian Wu is the lineage holder for four different schools of Qigong and martial arts. Felicia’s training includes both local Qigong teaching programs of The National College of Natural Medicine, and The Oregon College of Oriental Medicine, where she also earned her degree of Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
