The Woodlawn Spring Clean Up is Saturday, May 23rd at HenryV Events, 6360 NE MLK Blvd. (at Holman).  Volunteers are needed to ensure this neighborhood-run event goes smoothly. Positions include making signs in advance and working at the event.

If you are among the first 15 to volunteer for at least two hours, and you can bring a carload of your stuff for free. You’ll also get continental breakfast, drinks, snacks, and pizzas. This is a great opportunity to meet neighbors. And if you’re a scrapper and re-user, you will get to dig through the bins before they are hauled away.
