More information: **Residents will pay $150 for the energy audit and receive a $150 rebate from Energy Trust of Oregon. For each free home energy audit or energy upgrade completed as part of Energize Northeast, Neil Kelly will donate $150 NECN to fund their community grants program.

Neighborhood Small Grant Applications

NECN received 17 applications requesting over $26,000 in support. We have $10,200 available to award. Our evaluation committee will convene to decide winners in early December and announce winners in January.
