In late September 2025, the Woodlawn Triangle will be home to LaVerne’s, a new Tex-Mex eatery and event space opening in first-floor space below the Village Ballroom on NE Dekum. Fun food, fun cocktails, and space to host your special gathering, too. Recently, the Oregonian had a nice write-up about this new addition to the many wonderful and welcoming businesses right here in our Woodlawn neighborhood. This historic Woodlawn building has hosted many businesses over its long lifespan. We look forward to welcoming LaVerne’s to the thriving neighborhood that is Woodlawn.
