This Halloween 2025 there are a few neighborhood parades and trick-or-treat routes in the Woodlawn Neighborhood. Join your neighbors on NE Rosa Parks Way between 13th and 22nd Avenue AND NE Highland Street between 15th ad 18th Avenue on Halloween night, roughly from 5 pm to 8 pm. There will be lots of trick-or-treating and luminaries.

Another group of neighbors is trick-or-treating starting at 5:30 pm on October 31. Their route is NE 6th Avenue to NE Ainsworth, then NE 8th Avenue to NE Rosa Parks Way. Check out the treat map HERE!
