6:30 – 7:30 Neighborhood Meeting Neighborhood Meeting & Social Time

  • Board & Community Introductions = Name & how long lived in Woodlawn (7 minutes)
  • Approve May Meeting Minutes (1 minute)
  • Plaza Updates – John (2 minutes)
  • Vote to add additional people to bank accounts (5 minutes)
    • 1st Vote – Add Joy Keen to WNA & WFM for Give Butter Fundraising activities.
    • 2nd Vote – Add Brezil Hamilton to WFM as she is taking over Gusto Payroll, online bill pays, cash flow for market operations, and vendor payouts when checks are required.
  • NNO/POP – August Party in Woodlawn Park – Party is registered.  Vote to approve $2K for this year’s party.  $2k will pay for a band and 150 meals.  Additional fundraising will be underway and could pay for more meals.  Conditionally approve $1K more for the party if cash fundraising from local businesses occurs by the end of July.  PZ (5 minutes)
  • Councilor Elena Pirtle-Guiney guest speaker – 10 minutes to present vision and future of D2/City of Portland + 15 minutes Q&A

  • Meet your neighbors – this is a great time to connect with your neighbors, presenters, and partner with others doing awesome things in Woodlawn.
