Raised in Northeast Portland and a proud Woodlawn resident for more than twenty years, Peter Zelenka (PZ/they/them) is deeply committed to building community through food access, local entrepreneurship, and neighborhood connection. They have been been the Managing Director of the Woodlawn Farmers Market for the last two seasons and are now the owner of Frankie Sips | Snacks, a non-alcoholic bottle shop and market in Woodlawn. PZ brings a background in leadership roles at both the global and local levels, with experience spanning marketing, merchandising, and strategy. In addition to their community and business work, PZ is a certified leadership coach. Their leadership style blends clear decision-making with empathy and inclusion, supporting environments where people feel heard, supported, and empowered to contribute. Through their work in Woodlawn and across the Pacific Northwest, PZ remains focused on strengthening relationships, expanding access, and helping communities thrive together.
