A temporary location for the Multnomah County library recently opened its doors on the campus of the former Concordia University, now the University of Oregon/Portland. It’s located on the first floor of the Library and Learning Center at 2800 NE Liberty St. The library has a small collection of books in English and Spanish, as well as DVDs. It also allows patrons to pick up books they’ve put on hold and offers computer stations, Wi-Fi and free printing, faxing and scanning. And there is a bin for returning books outside the building across from the athletic field, too. It is open from 10 am to 6 pm, Monday through Saturday.
