New Affordable Housing Opportunity!
Apply Tuesday, September 3rd – Monday, September 16th

The Portland Housing Bureau and non-profit Innovative Housing Inc have partnered on Magnolia II, a new affordable housing development opening January 2020 in the Eliot neighborhood. Through the Portland Housing Bureau’s North/Northeast Preference Policy, 47 of these 1 – 3 bedroom apartments will prioritize applicants who are current or former residents of North or Northeast Portland.

The Portland Housing Bureau will accept North/Northeast Preference Policy waitlist applications from Tuesday, September 3rd at 9AM through Monday September 16th at 11:59PM. Learn more about Magnolia II here.

The North/Northeast Preference Policy

The Preference Policy is an effort to address the harmful impacts of urban renewal by giving preference to housing applicants who were displaced, are at risk of displacement, or who are the descendants of families that were displaced due to urban renewal in North and Northeast Portland.
