We’ll be joined at our next general coalition meeting by the City’s Bureau of Environmental Services where they will report-back on preliminary plans for the new Portland Harbor Community Involvement Program. PHCC and other groups spent months collecting community to guide supposed the direction for this new program.
This meeting is open to the public and is a rare opportunity, to speak directly with the City about how the most-impacted communities can benefit from the program! What should a grant program look like?
