Barbara England is the 2023-2024 Chair of the Woodlawn Neighborhood Association. She served as Interim Chair in 2022-2023. She is passionate about family and friends, permaculture and weaving, and being outdoors. Her background is in nonprofit accounting. She is so grateful to be part of the wonderful Woodlawn neighborhood.
