Keith Baich has been a Board Member-at-Large of the Woodlawn Neighborhood Association since 2019, and in that time has worked and volunteered for the Woodlawn Neighborhood Association’s farmers market. He’s lived in Portland since 1998 and in North Portland since 2007. He is a project manager at the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) and is passionate about Oregon communities, sustainable food practices, social justice, and our rivers.
